Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all countries in the European Union, plus Switzerland and Norway. Stay tuned for when we start shipping to the rest of the world.
Is VAT included for Switzerland and Norway?
Norway: Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT. Beans & Sploot is registered for VOEC, so you don't need to pay VAT or customs at arrival to Norway.
Switzerland: No.
What's the delivery time?
All orders are made to order and therefore the delivery time will vary depending on the volume of orders. See the yellow top bar for the current delivery times.
How much is the delivery?
Orders over 300 SEK to Sweden are shipped free of charge. Orders below 300 SEK cost 29 SEK to ship.
Orders to the EU are charged a flat rate of 50 SEK (around 5 EUR) for shipping.
Orders to Switzerland and Norway are charged a flat rate of 100 SEK (around 10 EUR) for shipping. Please note that orders outside of the EU may be charged for duties, customs and taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for these fees. Check with your local tax office what applies in your case.
Returns
You have the right to return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days from receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. The customer pays for the return shipping and the shipping of the new product, which is about 5 EUR for Swedish customers, and about 10 EUR for international customers.
For customers outside of EU they are obligied to pay for the custom handling fee of around 12 EUR + custom duty fees if applicable. Beans & Sploot will send an invoice to the customer after receiving the return and paying the fees.
Please not that freight and custom costs are not refundable.
We do not accept returns on custom made products, such as our harnesses or when you've ordered an overall that's custom made after your dog's measurements. See full details under "Right of return" on our Terms and Conditions page. Email us if you want to return your order.
A refund takes up 10 business days to be credited back to the customer.

Why the name?
The simple answer to this is: Who doesn't love toe beans and a good sploot? We do anyway! We also find it pretty funny that it sounds like Mr Beans and Mr Sploot started a company together. Our humour isn't much better than that apparently.
