It's like a whippet sweater with no arms, and it has wide openings for the front legs for full freedom of movement. It goes down over the thighs but not over the tail, which gives your dog a lot of freedom to move around like whippets do best - wildly! It fits snug and the harness should be worn on top.
The Whippet Wool Vest Long Thigh has the same design as the Whippet Sporty Wool Vest, except that this version covers more of the thigh.
The wool material is thick and soft and the chest panel features a ribbed wool fabric. Since wool is warming even when wet, it works like a charm if your dog has been swimming or forgot their rain coat, and won't add to that wet-dog-smell we all h*te so much.
This Vest looks great for your daily city walks, for training, or when you're out adventuring with your dog in the forest. Due to its tight fit it is designed without a hole for harnesses. All seams are flat to avoid chafing and bulkiness.

- When needed - air the coat by letting it hang outside over night
- Wool doesn't get dirty easily and doesn't smell bad quickly. Wash only when needed - for example when dirty or smelly
